In flight, when will the PTU operate with the pb in AUTO?

THe PTU operates automatically when the differential pressure between the G and Y system is more than 500 PSI.
With the RAT MAN ON pb armed (guarded), when will the RAT deploy automatically?

The RAT will automatically extend if both AC 1 and AC 2 are lost and the airspeed is greater than 100 kts.
What will occur when the RAT MAN ON pb is pressed?
