A biological structure/process, e.g. network of neurones in the brain, which is activated by an external stimulus ( like certain facial expressions AKA sign stimulus) that in turn triggers a fixed action pattern

A specific sequence of pre-programmed behavs triggered by an IRM.

The extent to which we believe our actions will achieve a desired goal
Desensitisation
Repeated exposure to violence reduces physiological arousal, like increased heart rate, higher BP… and also reduced psychological arousal. Makes aggression more likely
Disinhibition
We have social constraints that inhibits us to use aggression acquired through social transmission
Media
Communication channels, like TV, film and books, through which news, entertainment, education and data are made available
