what is indirect aggresion
it does not go against the rules of the game and doesnt involve physical contact
what is direct aggression
involves use of physical contact with another player
physically harming the other player

it must actually be possible to complete the goal

it must be set over a fixed period of time

a performance goal does not involve the performer comparing themselves to other performers. they compare themselves against what they have already done

to make a better start than they did in the last rest
