Can I get Aflac even if my health insurance coverage is elsewhere?

Can I cover my parents?
No. Only nuclear family (spouse, all kids up to 26 years old).
How do I know if I qualify for your plans?
We will go through qualifying questions to determine eligibility.
If I had cancer already (within the last 5 years), can I still cover my family?

Who do I call if I need to file a claim?
Agent. Your agent will get you in touch with your support team.
Can I cover my grandchild who lives with me?
If you have legal custody.

What is the catch? How does Aflac make money when these plans are so inexpensive?
Like any insurance provider not every policyholder gets hurt or sick. Aflac invests premiums like any other financial institution.
Is there a discount for purchasing multiple policies?
No. You are already taking advantage of a group rate and pre-tax discount by enrolling through your company.
Can I get paid under more than one program?
Yes.
