When a req is posted in ICIMS, how many location, occupation and specialty sites is it posted to?
o Over 4,000, and this is done through a 3rd party company named Direct Employers
o Driverjobs.com; CareerBuilder; Indeed Organic; JuJu; Womenintrucking.org; Appcast; and Indeed Sponsored, State agencies
Do you have any other tools to source candidates from?
Yes, Indeed resume search, Talent Pool searches, Previous Submission to Driver Jobs, Craigslist, Indeed sponsored posts, Work4 (Facebook), CDL Life, Gotoro, and CDL Now.
What is a Talent Pool?
o The Talent Pool is a search tool that you can source from in iCIMS.
o These candidates may not necessarily have applied in the past, only expressed interest in Ryder.
o You use this tool by sending out ICIMS email/text blasts and inviting candidates to apply.

When using Indeed Resume, can you blast messages to multiple driver resumes?
No; We have to be more selective on the candidates that we send.
How many Indeed contact credits do you get each month?
o We are allotted 30 contact credits. As you reach out to candidates, Indeed will give you contact credits when you receive a response.
o Positive candidate responses will receive two (2) contact credits
o Negative candidate responses will receive one (1) contact credit
o Veteran candidates are free to contact
What is an evergreen req and when should it be posted?
A requisition created to build a pipeline of candidates for high-turnover, low applicant rate, or high volume positions that require continuous hiring.
o Evergreen requisitions should only serve as a sourcing requisition, not to hire candidates.
o We cannot make a hire on an evergreen, the candidate has to apply to the new.
o Evergreens need to be restarted no more than every 30 days.
Can you hire someone on an evergreen req?
No, you must tag the candidate you want to hire, as well as anyone else you considered on the evergreen req and consider them on the new req to avoid a 1:1 ratio. Once you tag them on the new req, you must immediately invite them to apply.
What is social distribution?
Allows recruiters to share their company’s open jobs with their personal social media accounts, such as LinkedIn and Facebook, without having to post multiple listings manually. These can be set up to automatically publish based upon set criteria.
Can you increase or decrease the number of openings on a req?
o You cannot increase the number of openings on a req. A new req must be created for additional openings.
o You can decrease the number of openings on the ICIMS req, but you will need to go into Workday and cancel the remaining openings on the Workday req.
Who creates requisitions in Workday?
The Hiring Manager
What tools are used in the Sourcing Central section on the iCIMS Dashboard?
Search by Zip Code, Search by Phone Number, Search by SAP Number, Search by Previous submissions to Driver/Tech jobs, and Search by Previous submissions to Location Code.
