A

from time of the official opening of the venue until the end of the official closing ceremony (or end of last medal ceremony if not closing ceremony)

A

when on the water during the hours of racing (when traffic rules for racing take effect). And, when on or near the victory pontoon or stage whilst ceremonies are in progress.

A

tobacco
e-cigs
strong liquor (more than 15%)
and substances on the World Anti-Doping Close List of Prohibited Substances and Methods (e.g. cannabis, as is legal in some countries)

Also, advertising which is harmful to the image of rowing, inappropriate or in contradiction to the WR statues/RoRs ec.
