A

Metformin
ACE inhibitors (expect <20% rise in creatinine when starting)
NSAIDs
ARBs (eg candesartan)
Aminoglycosides eg gentamicin
Aspirin
Stop allopurinol as renally excreted so builds up
NOACs need dose adjustment in renal impairment
