adrenergic and cholinergic receptor locations Flashcards

1
Q

what receptors are in the eye? what do they do?

A
  • a1: contracts dialator for pupil dialation; decreases aqueous humour
  • a2: decreases aqueous humour thru decreased b2 activation
  • b1/b1: increase aqueous humour
  • M3: contract muslces to drain aqueous humour; pupil constriction.
