Zona glomerulosa => hyponatreamia => dehydration, salt craving, hypotention, reduced GCS, and lethargy

Zona Fasciculata: ACTH => MSH => hyperpigmentation + Low mood/anxiety => Anorexia/weight loss => GI changes

Zona Reticularis => androgens => loss of libido, infertility/subfertility, hypogonadism, Osteoporosis

Secondary: Raised ICP => headache….
Tertiary: Cushingoid features (incl. Osteoporosis)
