What treatment should be offered to patients with acute pancreatitis?
A
IV fluid resuscitation Enteral nutrition/ or parental if not tolerated (if no enteral nutrition for 72 hours) Prophylactic antibiotics Analgesia and antiemetics NG tube if vomiting Management of diabetes
