A
All pathological processes lead to intrapancreatic zymogen activation and autodigestion with destruction of the acinar cells
Vessel autodigestion = retroperitoneal haemmorhage

HR up RR up Fever BP low Jaundiced Cullens Grey turners Absent bowel sounds

Bloods: WBC, Amylase, LFTs, U+Es, Glucose, CRP
Urine: glucose up
Imaging: CXR, AXR, USS, Contrast CT
