7- pregnancy

multisystem organ failure
what is the main cause of death in fulimant liver failure ?
sepsis
what is the ultimate treatment for acute liver failure ?
liver transplantation
what drug is given to counteract acetamophine ?
N-acetylcysteine
what is the managment for acute liver failure ?
general and supportive treatment manage cause if possible give fluids PPI antibiotics but never imperical
what are the parameters of infection ?
fever
leucocytosis
CRP
what can we give for hepatic encephalopathy ?
lactulose
