cause of acute interstitial nephritis ?

A

non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), allopurinol and other antibiotics, such as beta-lactams, rather than aminoglycosides (gentamicin /amikacin, tobramycin, neomycin, and streptomycin causes acute tubular necrosis)
