1. Notify E911 that officer/team entering and give location of entering
2. Be given clear radio channel to supply info on progress/location, location of victims and medical needs, estimated # of suspects and description/weapons, location of booby traps/explosives (shall leave officer at location of these)
3. Not do thorough clearing, follow sounds of immediate threat
4. Once threat eliminated, then do thorough clear
5. Take care of victims requiring immediate medical attention before thorough clearing building if necessary
6. Provide trauma care once building clear/primary mission completed.

Rescue task force deployment

1. Deployed by IC after contact team is deployed
2. Consists of 3-4 officers with LFD
3. LEO team leader, deployed in tactical formation
4. Maintain radio contact with contact team
5. Only deployed after contact team has made entry, provided a status update, including location of victims, and determines rescue efforts may begin

10. Initiate Intel gathering
11. Assign recorder to document actions at CP
12. Request community chaplains
13. Evaluate evac of vicinity homes/businesses
