Chronically intermittent mild dysphagia to both solids and liquids, sometimes with retrosternal pain, sometimes with some regurgitation

A
Functional - both solids and liquids
Structural - solids then liquids

Difference between myasthenia gravis and achalasia in dysphagia
A
MG - other neurological symptoms (diplopia/muscle weakness) present besides the dysphagia
- also less likely to be associated with retrosternal pain
