what are special and differential agreements?
formed by the WHO these allow developing countries to be treated more favourably allowing them to bypass certain tariffs and barriers set by developed countries
what do SDT allow>
allow greater access to markets in which otherwise wouldn’t be reached due to lack of influence

right to restrict imports to greater degree than developing countries
