C-sectiom, prev AIP, apt TOP, age, IVF

How do we manage it?
A
ELCS 35-36+6, antenatal steroids, blood products available, partial myometrial resection, hysterectomy, leaving placenta in situ,

Complications?
A
MOH, PTSD, infection, ITU admission, Blood transfusion, uterine inversion
