Mood disorder
pathological disturbance of attitude and behaviors related to food;
e.g., anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder
Eating disorder
sudden or gradual disruption in the normal integrative functions of consciousness, memory, or perception of the environment;
e.g., dissociative amnesia, dissociative fugue, dissociative identity disorder, depersonalization disorder
Dissociative disorder
pervasive patterns of perceiving, relating to, and thinking about the environment and self that interfere with long-term functioning of the individual and are not limited to isolated episodes;
e.g., paranoid, schizoid, schizotypal, OC, avoidant, dependent, narcissistic, histrionic
Personality disorder
gross impairment in reality testing;
accuracy of thoughts and perception is incorrectly evaluated and incorrect inferences are made;
delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech;
e.g., schizophrenia, psychotic disorders
Psychotic disorder
