The History of Present Illness; Status of symptoms.
ROS
Review of Systems or the complete & systemic review pf every body organ/system.
How is ROS usually done?
In an anatomical fashion, from head-down.
PFSH
Personal, Family, Social History
What does PFSH describe?
Any other illnesses the patient might have as well as family hereditary risk & marital status & drug & alcohol use.
