What is the difference between ‘policies’ and ‘procedures’?
Policies: They contain an outline of the values on principles of the organisation. Staff must follow with regard to a particular issues. eg. safeguarding policies
Procedures: Detailed instructions for the actions that workers must take in a given scenario eg. how to use a hoist.
What are examples of providing personal care?
