1. The start allows the examiner to give enough information for the student to write an answer.
2. “Present Views” was seen in Paper 1, you need to talk about what is being represented and how it is being represented.
3. It is not necessary to include the writer’s name because it is his view that is being pushed forward.
4. You need to “characterise” your introduction to show your examiner that you understand the text. See below for examples.
5. Words you shouldn’t use are “persuade” and “argue”, you must choose more appropriate sophisticated language choices to characterise your view.
