She was an unmarried teenager who could have been killed for being pregnant but she trusted God to protect her. The prayer shows Mary’s belief that God will help people who are weak or poor

There is a sense of revolution within the prayer. Some think it supports people who are rebelling against their governments but others think it shows that God supports the weak and helpless
