A
Copilot can’t be PF unless under QFI/OFI/check captain supervision for:
- take off and landing in >20kts crosswind (including gusts)
- instrument approach when reported ceiling is within 200ft of MDA/DA or the reported vis is within 2000m of charted minima.

State the RIR limitations for take off and LVO
A
Unless undergoing dual training conducted by QFI/OFI, RIR pilots can’t be PF for T/O when vis is:
< 550m on RWY’s with RCLL or REDL
< 800m on RWY’s without any lighting or markings
Can’t be PF for LVO unless undergoing training with QFI/OFI
