Content development guidelines
- SAC is easy to import and export content to/from a file
- if there is dependencies between content, the dependent content is auto selection (can be deselected)
- Geoenrichment data needs to be manually selected if its dependent
- only public content and be exported
- an export created in an SAC tenant, can only be imported into another SAC tenant version 1 above
Steps to export/import content (6)
> Main Menu, > Deployment, > Export > select objects > select if data (MD, transactional data) will be exported > Export, Export to Local File > import file to production tenant
Is the Audit log track system errors
no - this is done in trace feature
When is activity logging turned off in the Audit Log
never, always on
SAC audit log tracks failed attempts to create/delete change for the following reasons
- missing auths
- disallowed or invalid change
- viewing activity log data
who can see the audit log
users who are assigned to a role that grants permission on the activity log
in the audit log you can search for activities with:
- filtering
- searching
can you export the audit log?
yes- you can export to CSV files
- any applied filters will be applied to saved data
what access does a user need to see Data change log on model
they need “data change log” privileges on a model
can data change audit be used for planning models?
- yes, track who planned what
- must be requested because it requires more storage
