Where shall all open records requests be submitted to in writing
Open records unit (ORU) in the Office Of planning and Data Governance (OPDG) within 24 hours after receipt of the request
Requests from other law enforcement agencies or other governmental entities for statistics, policy and procedure material, survey participation, or information of a general nature.
Shall be send directly to the Office of the Chief of Police

- if the information is not routinely released citizen shall submit written requests to the ORU
- requests can be made from 8a-4p or other times approved by the division commander
