767 Overhead Lights Flashcards
Which light is cautionary?
UNSCHED STAB TRIM, All others are advisory.
Which lights are located on the upper row?
All the door lights. Access doors, Fwd. equip Bay or E/E compartment.
What lights are located on the next two rows?
The probe heat lights.
When do the probe heat lights extinguish?
When either engine spools to 50%. All probes are heated except for the TAT probe which becomes heated on ground shift.
What does an illuminated STAB TRIM light indicate?
1 brake did not release. Stab is trimming at 1/2 rate and manual trim is available?
What does the UNSCHED STAB TRIM light indicate?
An uncommanded/runaway trim is detected or manual trim was used with the autopilot on.
When does the SPOILERS light illuminate?
One or more spoilers are inop. or not in the commanded position.
What does the RUDDER RATIO light mean?
System is failed.
Are there any restrictions with an illuminated light?
May result in a Max crosswind component of 15kts. no autoland and flight control inputs limited above 160kts.
When will there be no restrictions with an illuminated Rudder ratio light?
with a Left Hyd Sys failure, because you will still have full rudder authority with no restrictions.
What does the AUTO SPD BRK light mean?
Fault in the auto speedbrake system. Manually extend the speedbrakes. DO NOT ARM.
ANTISKID light illuminated?
Fault detected in the aantiskid system. Autobrakes are inhibited.
AIL LOCK light illuminated means?
Aileron lockout actuator is not in the commanded position. EX: At high airspeeds the outboard ailerons failed to lock out. Or, at low airspeeds the outboard ailerons did not unlock.
MACH PROBES light illuminated?
The engines mach probe heat has failed.
ENG EEC PROBE light illuminated?
Engine EEC probe heat has failed.(EICAS tells whether L/R engine probe)
