Subset of instructions for continued airworthiness.
Identified with a hashtag in the maintenance programme.
One star CMR:
- tasks are mandatory and so are the intervals.
Two star CMR:
- changes to task intervals must be supported by approved procedure.
- tasks may not b changed or deleted without the agreement with state of registry authority.

- No appreciable effect on any characteristic that effects airworthiness

Major mod:

- has the correct certification documents.
- are undamaged in transit.
- conform to the specification stated in the accompanying documents.

When satisfied, items can be registered in the goods received register.
