A

It is a part of JIA
Scaly red rash that develop on the behind the ears eyelids elbows. Knees buttocks

What is the age of onset of psoriatic arthropathy

A

7-10 years old

Extra articular clinical manifestations

A

Uveitis
Psoriatic skin disease usually presents before the onset of arthritis
Nail disease characterized by onycholysis, pitting, and splinter hemorrhages

Joints it affects

A

Symmetrical - both knees or wrist
Asymmetrical- usually affects fingers and toes - oligoarthritis sausage appearance

DIP predominant - may result in changes to nails

Spondylitis inflammation of spinal column - stiffness and pain in neck lower back spinal vertebrae , sacroiliac region

Arthritis Mutians - most severe
Small joints of fingers and toes closes to nails
Affects the neck and lower back

Diagnosis of psoriatic throat

A

Arthritis and psoriatic with 2 of the following
Dactylitis
Nail putting and oncolytis
Family history of psoriatic

No Lab test specific for psoriatic arthritis
Serology negative
Rheumatoid factor negative.

Treatment

A
physical therapy / warm up stretching/ applying heat to muscles before exercise
Nsaidss
Dmards 
Tnf inhibitors - abatacept, or 
Corticosteroids
