A
primary, secondary(hydrogen bonds), tertiary(r groups), quaternary(multiple tertiary)

How can polypeptides chains change and what can it result in?
A
Mutations or denaturation, mutations substitute amino acids, changing the shape and function. denaturation causes the polypeptide to lose its shape and function.
