Q

How do I implement my 3 words? Give 2 examples.

A
  1. Once you’ve chosen your 3 words to live out each day, set a reminder on your phone (10am, 2pm, 6pm). What you’ll find is that: a) You’ll always be surprised when you see your 3 words show up on your phone. b) You’ll be able to reset & refocus.
  2. Head to your contact list and for those you talk with often, add an intention cue that’s specific to them. Ex. Veronica – listen, end on high.
