- Confusion and fear may arise between employees in this period therefore to counter this, support / training systems can be implemented for smooth transition

- Time / communications are two keys for success in change stage.

ensuring change is sustained within a business for the long term
- returning business to new state of stability
- develop ways to sustain change.
CONSIDERATIONS
- New policies may need to be introduced to reinforce the new culture.
- New job descriptions should be developed for newly created jobs.
