1) Make a preceding column to the one you want to randomize
2) Put the function =RAND() in the preceding column
3) stretch the function to fill the whole column
4) select ALL sort from SMALLEST to Largest.

*What will happen is it will auto generate a whole series of numbers and order them and the other columns accordingly.

1) Turn OFF ALLOW THE DOCUMENTS TO HIDE THE MENU BAR, TOOLBARS, and WINDOW CONTROLS (Edit>Preferences>Documents> [uncheck} Allow documents to hide the menu bar (etc) AND [uncheck] Open tools pane for each document
2) Edit>Preferences>Accessibility>[check] always use page layout style - SET drop down to Single Page Continous
