Delphi: In order to access events that have happened in the past.
When you search bookings you have to turn on ‘ALL Bookings’
Delphi: This is the screen from which you can search out bookings?

Delphi: These letters stand for?
1) D
2) T
3) P
4) C
5) TD
Delphi letters mean.
1) D = Definite
2) T = Tentative
3) P = Prospective
4) C = Cancel
5) TD = Turn down
Delphi: After you create a block (in word) of event information … you can do this to easily delete rows.
Double Click a ROW > right click> (letter) D
DELPHI - Button to Push so that the Booking Selection (search screen) stays open even after you’ve clicked on one of your searched options?
keep open (top center of the screen)
To add an event (hold) to delphi
Open>Account> Breakers (>click Palm Beach Staging and Production)>Bookings>Breakers Palm Beach Staging and Production 2015 -2016>(EVENTS TAB-White Paper Explosion)New Event>(fill in all red asterisk’s)
To find discounts in Delphi?
TITLE>Report> Booking>Recap
Delphi - To find an account’s history?
Double click on the Account name beside the account box > click on the Bookings (tab)
Delphi: To find accounts that might be associated with a group (i.e…if it seems hidden how do you find it?)

1) Daily Schedule>Open> Booking.
2) Booking Selection> Booking (put in booking name you know)
3) Booking Manager>Account (double click on the name of the acccount next to the ‘account botton)
3) Account Manager>click the Bookings (TAB)
to view all the event orders (EO’s) for a group.
pull up the event the way you normally would. Then hit the little storm cloud (Manage Event Orders), then select them all and hit the little moon in front of the piece of paper.
