Be happy by making others happy. Create a routine of selfless acts. Making others happier will put you on the path to happiness
- Do Nishkam Seva
- Give without expecting anything in return from humans. From God more Seva
- Gratitude - help us have better social interactions and more beautiful memories
Express thankfulness for what you have received. Deeper gratitude leads to unconditional love and Seva
- Know God’s Daya & mahima
- Accept Him as the harta-karta
- Balance - keeping all aspects of life in checks and balances. Adaptability
Know to set limits in areas of work, time management, personal demands and attention to others.

Work involved in changing your happiness level
Have a daily routine :
5-6amvigorous work out
Prayer - at least 1/2 hr
Creative work - Set intention for work - order of all your work must be 1) I serve God or glorify God - my work must please God. Bhagwan ne raji karva mate 2) I server others - seva in Satsang 3) I have a satisfying and enjoyable experience - stay detached 4) I make a living
Family time - block time to spend time with family members
Prioritize friendship - socialize
Work also involves- a) learn about the science b) change your habits c) share the ideas with others
