i: cervical ripening before labor, termination 12-20 week from LMP, evacuate uterine content in missed miscarriage or fetal death
ta: stimulate uterine contraction to abort/evacuate uterine content
ci: >20 week from LMP, various systemic dz, lact
c: HTN, adrenal dz, asthma, acute vaginitis, uterine scarring
