A

This is achieved by:
• Clear identification of the schedule of the deliverables, activities,
milestone dates, resources and costs.
• Measurement of Project Performance
• Progress and performance are compared against the baseline
The baseline serves other purposes:
• Motivating the team to deliver to plan, or to mitigate delays
• Contractual or other reference to measure and assess the effect
of change
• Improving future estimating
