Treatment for Acute Eczema?
- کمپرس مرطوب (Dalibour water, Burrow solution, Zinc Solution)
- Topical Glucocorticoid (Clobetazol)
- Antihistamine-oral (Hydroxyzin, Dyphenhydramine)
- Systemic Glucocorticoid (1-2mg/kg/day prednisolon, Taper during 3 weeks)
* if secondary bacterial infection: Cephalexin or Cloxacin for S. aureus for 10-14 days
When will you use Systemic Glucocorticoid in treatment of acute eczema?

When will you use Antihistamine (sedative antihistamine) in treatment of acute eczema?
کنترل خارش و بهبود خواب در بیمار مبتلا به اگزمای خواب
What is the treatment for Sub-acute eczema?
- Topical glucocorticoid (clobetasol, betametasone, teriamsinolon)
- Tacrolimus ointment (پماد) or Pimecrolimus cream (کرم)
- Emollient
- Antibiotic for secondary infection
- کمپرس مرطوب کاربردی ندارد
- پماد تاکرولیموس برای اگزمای تحت حاد و مزمن صورت و اطراف چشم مفید هستند
What is the treatment for Chronic eczema?
- Topical Glucocorticoid
- تزریق داخل ضایعه ترامسینولون
- Tacrolimus ointment or Pimecrolimus cream
- Antihitamine (به عنوان ضد خارش مثل هیدروکسی زین)
- Emollient
- برطرف کردن عامل زمینه ای
