3.7.1 Main Steam Safety Valves
5 MSSVs per steam generator shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, and 3
3.7.2 Steam Generator Stop Valves
4 SGSVs and their associated actuator trains shall be operable
Mode 1
Mode 2 and 3 except when all SGSVs are closed
D. 2 SGSV actuator trains inop on same SGSV
D.1 Declare affected SGSV inop - Immediately
E. 3 or more SGSV actuator trains inop or completion time of A, B, or C not met
E.1 Declare each affected SGSV inop - Immediately
3.7.3 Main feedwater isolation valves and main feedwater regulation valves
4 MFIVs and 4 MFRVs shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, and 3 except when MFIV or MFRV is either closed and de-activated or isolated by closed man valve.
3.7.4 S/G PORVs
4 S/G PORVs shall be operable
Mode 1, 2, and 3
Mode 4 when S/G relied upon for heat removal
D. 1 or more required S/G PORV inop in mode 4
D.1 Initiate action to restore - Immediately
3.7.5 AFW System
3 AFW trains shall be operable
Mode 1, 2, and 3
Mode 4 when S/G required for heat removal
E. 3 AFW trains inop in mode 1
E.1 Initiate action to restore 1 AFW train to operable - Immediately (LCO 3.0.3 suspended)
F. Required AFW train inop in mode 4
F.1 Initiate action to restore - immediately
3.7.6 CST
The CST shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, and 3
Mode 4 when S/G required for heat removal
3.7.7 CCW
2 CCW trains shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4
3.7.8 ESW System
2 ESW trains shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4
Note: When ESW train xtied with associate U1/2 ESW train, Operability includes associated U1/2 ESW Pump
3.7.9 Ultimate Heat Sink
The UHS shall be Operable
Mode 1, 2, 3, and 4
3.7.10 Control Room Emergency Ventilation System
2 CREV trains shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4
During movement of fuel in ctmnt, aux build, and U1/2 ctmnt
B. 1 or more CREV trains inop due to inop CRE M1, 2, 3, or 4
B.1 Initiate action to implement mitigating actions - immediately
E. Req action and comp time of A not met during fuel moves
E.1 Place op CREV train in press/clean up mode or suspend movement of fuel - immediately
F. 2 CREV trains inop during fuel moves or 1 or more CREV trains inop due to inop CRE during fuel moves
F.1 Suspend fuel moves - Immediately
G. 2 CREV trains inop M1, 2, 3, or 4 for reasons other than Cond B and C
G.1 Enter LCO 3.0.3 - Immediately
3.7.11 2 Control Room Air Conditioning System
2 CRAC trains shall be operable
Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4
During movement of fuel
C. Required action and completion time of Cond A not met during fuel moves
C.1 Place operable CRAC train in op or suspend fuel moves - Immediately
D. 2 CRAC trains inop during fuel moves
D.1 Suspend fuel moves - Immediately
E. 2 CRAC trains inop in M1, 2, 3, or 4
E.1 Enter LCO 3.0.3 - Immediately
3.7.12 Engineered Safety Features Ventilation System
2 ESF ventilation trains shall be Operable
Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4
3.7.13 Fuel Handling Area Exhaust Ventilation System
1 FHAEV train shall be operable and in operation
During fuel moves in aux building
A. Required FHAEV train inop or not in operation
A.1 Suspend fuel moves - Immediately
3.7.14 Fuel Storage Pool Water Level
The SFP water level shall be >/= 23 ft over top of fuel assemblies seated in storage rack
During fuel moves in SFP
A. Water level not within limit
A.1 Stop fuel moves - Immediately
3.7.15 SFP Boron Concentration
SFP boron concentration shall be >/= 2400 ppm
When fuel assemblies in SFP and fuel storage verification has not been performed since last fuel move in SFP
A. Boron concentration not within limit
A.1 Stop fuel moves and
A.2.1 Initiate action to restore boron conc
Or
A.2.2 Initiate action to perform SFP verification
All action Immediately
