  • The names of the conductor, Engineer and Block operator, in addition to the annulling time, repeat times and the location of the training at the time of annulment must be recorded on all copies of the form K and the block and train sheets.
  • Once the Clarence card for McKay has been annulled, the block operator may permit movement after receiving authorization from the train dispatcher. The block operator must also convey the condition of the block to the crew.
