What does the synthesis pathway of a eicosanoids look like?

A

Need phospholipid membrane that then uses the AA, and if you have activation of COX gene then it makes the protanoids, (which is where meds like NSAIDS/ASPIRIN block at the COX genes to inhibit prostaglandin response)
