Can be sent any time day/night and saves time.
What are the limitations of SMS?
Short messages only; people don’t like unnecessary messages, so permission is needed.
What is email used for?
To distribute info in the body as an attachment/link.
What are the advantages of email?
Can be sent to many people at once, is instantaneous, sent cheaply, and leaves a written record.
What are the disadvantages of email?
People can ignore emails if they go to junk/spam folder, requires internet, and wrong info can lead to leaks.

For communication with current/potential customers and for marketing trends.

Customer feedback improves reputation/ranking, and customer engagement leads to more sales.

Requires a clear marketing strategy, can get hacked, and needs daily monitoring.

Info shared quickly, good voice quality if internet is good, targeted calls, and less expensive than traditional phone lines.

Reliant on internet connection, can have latency issues, requires hardware, and no power means no internet.
