Heel Contusion

Irritation of the fat pad—(Pain on lateral side due to heel strike)

Symptoms:
—Severe pain nin heel;
—unable to bear weight
—Red and tender

Managment:
—Reduce weight bearing for 24 hours
—RICE and NSAD ………………
