Signs and symptoms

A

Restlessness, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating,
Muscle tension, trembling, twitching, feeling shaky, muscle aches or soreness.

Aetiology/risk factors

A

Stressful life events, age, gender, substance abuse, childhood adversity, parental over protection, family history.
Certain personality traits can make people more prone.
