What are the three stages?
A
- Acute: 8-10 days. Physical injury/infection
- Chronic: 2+ weeks. Pus formation, purulent discharge, incomplete wound healing
- Granulomatosus: Granulomas and serous inflammation

- Fibrinous: Fibrin accumulates due to vascular permeability
- Purulent: Pus forms of necrotic cells.
- Ulceration: Local are of necrotic tissue sloughs off

Diagnosis
A
Blood test, visual signs and symptoms, microscopic. Bronchoscopy for airways.

A
Arthritis, asthma, cancer, hay fever, secondary drowning, sinusitis.
