Sertoli cells in the seminiferous tubules - sperm and inhibin A. Inhibin also has a negative feedback

How do you treat amenorrhoea?
Treat the cause (low weight)
Primary ovarian failure - infertile, HRT
Hypothalamic/pituitary disease - HRT for oestrogen replacement, Gonadotrophins
