It is the 5th state of matter after Solids, liquids, Gases and plasma

How are they formed ?
A
When atoms of certain elements are cooled to near absolute zero (0 kelvin or -273 degree). At this point atoms become a single entity with quantum properties wherein each particle also functions like a wave of matter

2) Slightest interaction with external world warms them past their threshold
