Some chemicals are bad and others are good. Such as water, which is H2O, meaning water is a chemical. Or medicine, which can help us get better. Yet, if chemicals are not used correctly they can harm the environment and people.

Natural chemicals are formed in nature, not made by humans.

Oil is an example of a natural chemical resource.

Chemicals that are made by humans are called synthetic chemicals. Example : polyester

Medication, pesticides and plant nutrients, it helps us clean.

Side effects due to chemicals used in food, chemicals in fertilizers can harm the environment, they can harm our animals, when they’re making chemicals it pollutes our environment.
