A

is tissue normal or abnormal? Is the condition localized or systematic? Does it appear acute or chronic? Is the disease or condition one that would be injurious to the health of the consumer? Is the condition offensive or repugnant to consumer (aestetically unacceptable?)

CNS conditions (rabies, BSE), septicemia, toxemia, pyemia, contamination (feces, ingesa, milk), beef cysticercosis, swine cysticercosis

A

granulomas

Lesions occur most frequently in the lungs and the retropharyngeal, bronchial and mediastinal LN. lesions can also be found in the mesenteric LN, liver, spleen, on serous membranes, and in other organs
