There are tabs in care everywhere for summary, documents, lab results, and other results

Summary tab shows clinical summary allergies, medications, problem list, immunization, history

In the care everywhere summary tab the information is patient level data, but not specific to a particular visit

Each of the headers in the clinical summary parentheses active allergies, current medications, and active problems) offer a reconcile hyperlink where you can reconcile outside and inside details

A yellow dot means a document has been requested and downloading in progress
Green dot-the document has been requested and received
Mortar and pesto -medication changes were made in this encounter
Test tube- lab orders are placed in the sink counter
X-ray imaging/EKG- orders replaced in this encounter

Reconcile outside information activity
In the care everywhere activity use the hyperlinks in the report on the summary tab
In the sidebar report and snapshot report, click the highlighted words

Identify perfect matches
When you place your cursor over an item in the outside latest it will be highlighted in green if that same item is already inside the patient chart

Add an outside item to the inside chart
To add an outside item to your patients inside chart, click add
T
Remove an outside item
Click discard next to the item

Identify outside items that don’t have an insight item match
An item will have a? If there is information it can’t positively match
T
Look up and analogous item in your system
If there is not an ability to match with an outside item. Look up and analogous item in your system and match it to the? Outside item

Save changes on one tab
After adding or discarding outside items, the file and next button activates. Click it

Save changes to the inside chart
When you’re done save changes on the final tab and close by clicking file and close

When there is a. ? By an item in the reconcile outside information activity what does that mean?
There is no positive match
In the outside lab report, why would the data not match what you see in results review
It wouldn’t match because the data in this lab report is not part of the patients inside chart that is from an outside organization
In the ________activity, and allergy in the outside list would be highlighted in _______. When you place the cursor over it because that same Allergan is already in the inside patient chart
