what are the four types of performance measures

A

1 - input measures - measure of what you put in to a program to make it successful (ex number staff working, number of dollars)

2 - output measures - raw number of services produced by the progam (number of classes taught, number of participants served)

3 - efficiency measures - how time/cost effective a process is (ex - dollar cost per recreation class attendee)

4 - outcome measures - the impact your process has on people or issues (ex change in health outcomes, knowledge gained)
